Multi award winning interior designer with over 25 years of experience. A confident, competent and imaginative interior and FF&E designer with extensive experience of working on a mixture of projects with properties ranging from $5,000 through to $80million in the high end residential and commercial markets with up to 40,000 square meters for residential properties and 150 room hotels.
All projects delivered on time and within budget. Owning and managing businesses for over 25 years has given expertise in all aspects of running a company using knowledge of high end property planning and design with the ability to translate the clients brief into creative design solutions. I leverage F&E sourcing, specification and procurement, conceptual presentation material; mood/sample boards and visualizations both hand drawn and computer aided specifications and cost documentations. I am also able to create tender documents along with lists of work for any size project. Very good Personable skills that make negotiation and liaison with client, contractor, and supplier a second nature. A detailed and coordinated project manager, capable of producing design and tender packages of various complexities including management of several teams to coordinate internal workloads.
About CAMS
I started out as a designer at a kitchen and bathroom showroom in London. After a short period of time I realized that this I was going to have a lifetime relationship in the industry. I opened my first business in London in 1999 and went on to help run several other businesses since then.
In 2019 I married my lovely wife Madeline who is from America and we decided to immigrate here permanently.
I decided to create CAMS design and construction LLC so that I can bring my knowledge from the past 25 years here to the USA.
I'm privileged to have worked all over the world with thousands of clients which include many celebrities.
CAMS is an interior design consultancy with installation and construction divisions. CAMS specializes in all areas of the home including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, furniture, lighting, landscaping, remodeling and exteriors.
CAMS has been created to cater for all types of project with levels of budget ranging from low to very high.
No project is too big or too small !
Our principal is that the design is the most important element. Once this is correct then the materials and products can be manipulated to suit any budget.
